iPad Pro 11
The iPad Pro 11 was released in November of 2018 making its big entrance at the end of the year and becoming the most popular tablet of the year. It has a revamped display that omits the home button from the front of the iPad just as the newest iPhones have done away with their home buttons. This has proven to be very appealing for many users because the current trend has been to create displays on both phones and tablets have edge to edge screens.

The Specs:
- Size: 11.0 inches with a 82.9% screen-to-body ratio
- Memory: 64/256/512GB, 4GB RAM or 1TB, 6GB RAM
- Main Camera: 12MP, f/1.8
- features: face detection, HDR, panoramo
- video: 1080p @ 30 fps
- USB 3.1, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector; magnetic connector
- Colors: Silver, Space Gray

Acting upon the future with Type-C
With the inclusion of Type-C versus the traditional lightning connector that has been around for years upon year, the iPad Pro has become more powerful than ever. Through the Type-C port, consumers are able to connect many different accessories to their iPad that were not supported before with the lightning connector. These accessories include, but are not limited to: an external display, DSLR cameras, charging of your iPhone or other devices, import photos and videos from external storage, hardware keyboards, and wired keyboards, as well multi-port hubs. This is all huge because the USB-C connector has opened up some many more doors for iPad Pro users, bringing more interest to those who felt limited by the lightning connector.

“It’s such an intimate creation process that it made me realize that Apple’s not merely trying to change my or your old habits. Apple’s not trying to make the iPad Pro a laptop replacement because the device isn’t one. It’s trying to do something bigger: invent a new way of creating for a new generation that is not bound to the old computing laws of clicking a mouse.”

Who is the iPad Pro 11 for?
In my opinion, the iPad Pro 11 is not for everybody. If you are just someone that is looking to read books and consume media such as TV shows from your tablet, look no further than the cheaper iPad 2018. But, for those that are looking to edit photos and perhaps a little video as well as take advantage of the USB-C port included on the iPad Pro 11 through supported accessories, this by far is the best bang for your buck.
